PRICES - Although we try to update our website on a daily or weekly basis, sometimes prices will change on us. If you find a difference in pricing from our store prices and website, please NOTE THAT THE STORE PRICING IS THE MOST CURRENT PRICE. If you prefer to call in your order, we can verify all prices at that time.
We hope you and your pets are very happy with products you purchase from Whiskers and never have to return or exchange anything ever; but if that need should arise, please be aware of the following policies and procedures. We thank you in advance for your kind understanding and cooperation. From time to time products are discontinued or just no longer available. If you have found an item through a Google search which is discontinued, you might be able to still order it that way but not on our actual site. We will call you immediately to see if we can recommend a substitute item.
We do not offer monetary refunds, but we will honor exchanges or credits towards future orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return any unopened package(s) with all original packing material for a full exchange or credit towards a future order. To repeat and reiterate some of the policy statements on the contents page of this catalog, we do not: 1) offer monetary refunds; 2) accept opened products for exchange/credit; 3) take back food bowls, litter pans, books or beds. All returns must be arranged and paid for by you. We will arrange a pickup if we have shipped you the wrong item. All UPS and handling charges apply and are not subject to refund. A restocking fee of $10.00 will be deducted from any return.
We exercise a great deal of quality control when shipping products and make it a point never to pack or ship dented cans or damaged products, so it is always the responsibility of the shipping company when our customers get damaged merchandise. If you receive such merchandise (specifically dented cans), please keep all original packing material, call your UPS carrier immediately and initiate a claim. Damages and shortages must be reported within 48 hours.
Ingredients and/or Descriptions Which Differ From The Website
Although we try to keep our site as up-to-date as possible, sometimes the ingredient list or product description differs from the actual product label. The discrepancy can be due to a printing or typographical error, or the manufacturer changed the product after we entered it into our website. In either case, we apologize and strongly suggest that you call us before returning the product in question. We often have important additional information about the situation and you might decide that the product is even better than you thought, not worse.
If you do not see a method of payment you want to use, simply call us direct and we can take your order over the phone. All product must be paid in full prior to shipping. If there are any differences in price we will call you immediately.
Products for People
Many of our supplements and vitamins are formulated for human use. These products are indicated throughout the catalog with a double heart. Please note that these products are not formulated for use on animals and therefore do not have animal dosages or instructions for use on animals. Call us for best usage guidelines for your pet.

Printed information is highly restricted and regulated by FDA rules.
