Whiskers is happy to say for the last few years, adjustments to keep you and your pets healthy and safe have been incorporated into our everyday procedures. We know how hard it is right now with shortages and out-of-stocks but Whiskers has worked hard to keep your pets food and supplies in stock.
Astoria pickup orders must be placed directly with our Astoria store by calling (718) 626-8590. All Pick-up orders are processed as quickly as possible. When your order is ready, WE WILL CALL YOU and let you know your order is ready for pickup. Please do not just come to the store. Supply and distribution may be limited. If we are out of stock, we will call you for substitutions or to see if you want to wait until your product arrives.
All frozen food orders must be shipped using our overnight service to preserve freshness. There are additional charges for overnight shipping. We will call you with the additional amount due before any frozen food is shipped. Additional shipping charges must be paid prior to shipping. There are no additional charges to order frozen food for pickup.
All deliveries throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and The Bronx are being delivered on our regular schedule.
As of May 2022, we do not require masks to enter the stores. You can still pre-order for sidewalk pickup.
This site is only for shipping orders. It will not take an order for home delivery within Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn or the Bronx without adding shipping charges! You can place a pick-up order here for those areas. Do not place any order for pick-up in our Astoria location.

Litter and overweight products might incur additional shipping fees. If this is the case, we will call you prior to sending out your order.

Whiskers Holistic Petcare has offered pet owners alternatives to mainstream pet products since 1988. In our brick and mortar stores there is a glass cabinet filled with products derived from Cannabidiol, commonly known as CBD. Pet owners are eager to find out what these CBD products are all about. In this section you will find treats and cookies, supplements, vitamins, chews, topical ointments and salves... all of which contain CBD and/or Hemp Oils. Surveys show that most dog owners buy CBD to treat a condition that has been previously diagnosed by a veterinarian, like seizures, cancer, arthritis, or anxiety. And cat owners are looking at CBD to calm their cat or help increase appetite.
At Whiskers, there's a reason why CBD is sold in a place where customers have to ask before they buy. We agree there is a place for CBD in pet wellness, but it's not the panacea that a newly interested public perceives it to be. This is why we strongly recommend if you see something in this section that interests you, you call and speak to one of our Holistic Advisors. You will not be able to purchase any of these products from our website.
