Whiskers has made adjustments to keep you and your pets healthy with their necessary food, vitamins, treats and supplies. Although many manufacturers have had shortages, we are ordering and trying to have everything your pets need at all times. Please note our current guidelines:
PICK-UP ORDERS: Pick-up orders are processed as quickly as possible. When your order is ready, WE WILL CALL YOU to let you know your order is ready for pickup. Please do not just come to the store. During this time, supply and distribution has been limited. If we are out of stock, we will call you for substitutions and to see if you want to wait until your product arrives.
ALL FROZEN FOOD: ALL FROZEN FOOD ORDERS MUST BE SHIPPED USING OVERNIGHT SERVICE. THERE ARE ADDITIONAL CHARGES NOT LISTED HERE FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. WE WILL CALL YOU WITH ALL THE DETAILS AND THE AMOUNT BEFORE ANY FROZEN FOOD IS SHIPPED. ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO SHIPPING. THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO ORDER FROZEN FOOD FOR PICKUP.
NEW YORK CITY & ASTORIA QUEENS DELIVERIES: All deliveries throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and The Bronx are being delivered on our regular schedule. Your order must be prepaid and all gratuities must be placed on the credit card. Drivers are not handling ANY cash money at the current time. HOME DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE TO THE DOOR OF YOUR BUILDING. Our driver will call you once there for someone to come out and take your order. For safety reasons, our drivers will not enter your building unless you have a doorman or to place product in the entry of the building only. If you have a DOORMAN we will deliver directly to your doorman.
IN-STORE PURCHASES: We ask that you remember to wear a facial covering or mask to gain entry. NO ENTRY WITHOUT A FACIAL COVERING. IF YOU PREFER, YOU CAN STILL PRE-ORDER AND WE WILL BRING YOUR ORDER OUT TO YOU ON THE SIDEWALK.

Whiskers is very happy to provide FREE HOME DELIVERY throughout Brooklyn, Queens, all of Manhattan and The Bronx. As well as an AUTOSHIP or AUTO DELIVERY CALENDAR. Should you have special requirements, please call and speak directly to a representative. If you are located in New York City, Brooklyn or Queens you can also text us. Ordering for a home delivery on-line will add shipping charges and several days processing time. If you are ordering for pickup, you can continue placing your order but make sure you select pickup at check out so you won't incur shipping charges.

LOCAL Manhattan Delivery Minimum - $35.00* (not including tax/tip) up to 125th Street
** 125th Street and above fall into our Bronx Schedule which are done on Thursdays & Saturdays only **
Deliveries are scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. We try to give you a reasonable window of time for your expected delivery however depending on product availability, a wait time of several days might occur. If you call early enough, we will schedule your delivery for the same day you call. If you are not home for your scheduled delivery and we were there, a re-delivery charge of $10.00 will be automatically added on redelivery.
BRONX / BROOKLYN / QUEENS / ABOVE 125TH STREET NYC - MINIMUM ORDER $85.00
Brooklyn, Queens (outside the Astoria Queens area) and The Bronx are scheduled for Thursday and Saturday mornings. Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM on Wednesday to make the Thursday delivery and before 5:00 PM on Friday to make the Saturday delivery to Brooklyn, Queens and The Bronx. Brooklyn and Queens delivery runs start at 9:00 AM and continue through completion. Bronx and above 125th St. are generally done after 2:00.
There are no delivery charges on any home delivery, however your order must meet our minimums or a delivery fee of $15.00 will be added.
UPS / SHIPPING ORDERS
INTERNATIONAL, CONTINENTAL US, EXPEDITED / OVERWEIGHT SHIPPING
All orders outside our local home delivery area but within the continental US, will be shipped by UPS or Federal Express. Shipping charges will be added at checkout and can vary depending on destination, method of shipping, package weight, and any special services applied (i.e. - overnight, 2nd day air, Saturday delivery, etc). We will contact you for any additional charges to get your approval and method of payment prior to shipping if different from standard shipping charge. Special methods of shipping and overweight packages, overnights, Saturday delivery, etc. will incur additional charges.
All orders placed for shipping outside the continental US will be shipped by the United States Postal Service and shipping charges will vary depending upon destination, method of shipping and total weight. We will contact you to apprise you of your shipping options and charges and to get your approval and method of payment for any additional charges. Please make sure to include your e-mail address and phone number with your order, as well as other contact information to facilitate this process.

IF YOU LIVE IN QUEENS
Astoria deliveries are scheduled daily from 12:30-7:30pm, Monday through Friday, Saturdays from 12:00-6:00pm and Sundays from 1:00-5:00pm. If you are in the immediate local Astoria neighborhood, make sure to call our Astoria store at 718-626-8590 to schedule your delivery. As of now, there is no text line however check back for updates. Certain other areas of Queens can also be scheduled for a Saturday or Sunday delivery with an $85.00 minimum order (minimums are location dependent but we never charge a delivery fee).
OVERALL HOME DELIVERY GUIDELINES
Home Delivery ONLY Orders can be COD, however prepaid is best. Tips can be included on credit cards or checks. Checks must have your phone number and address. Payment must be made at time of delivery. Delivery personnel cannot leave orders unpaid.
Doorman deliveries are made with the understanding we are not responsible should your doorman lose the package (all doormen must sign for packages). You must be home or make arrangements for someone to accept the delivery should the order be COD (or not paid for).
If we have to re-deliver because we could not get into your building to deliver, or if you are not home at scheduled delivery time, a $10.00 re-delivery charge will be added to your bill.
Tipping is not mandatory, however we feel we are no different than the Pizzaman or local supermarket. Our delivery personnel work very hard to make sure your sometimes very heavy packages arrive in good condition in sometimes very nasty weather. Please tip accordingly. We will ask... please do not get insulted.

You must call the store within 48 hours to report any problem or shortage. Our staff is human and mistakes are, unfortunately, sometimes made. When placing your order, be as clear and precise as possible to avoid receiving the wrong merchandise. Have brand names and sizes ready before ordering. If you describe the wrong item, a re-delivery charge will apply.
