Whiskers is very happy to provide FREE HOME DELIVERY throughout Brooklyn, Queens, all of Manhattan and The Bronx. Or get on our AUTOSHIP/DELIVERY PROGRAM. The following outlines all of our delivery options. Should you have special needs, please call and speak directly to a representative.

LOCAL MANHATTAN DELIVERIES
7 DAYS/WK INCLUDING SUNDAY
To arrange a home delivery, use the website to gather your product information, then call us at 1-800-WHISKERS or 212-979-2532 or Text us by texting HI to 646-374-1907 if you live in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens or the Bronx to actually place and schedule your home delivery. Ordering on-line will add shipping charges and several days processing time.

LOCAL Manhattan Delivery Minimum - $30.00* (not including tax/tip) up to 125th Street
** 125th Street and above fall into our Bronx Schedule which are done on Thursdays & Saturdays only **
Deliveries are scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. We try to give you a reasonable window of time for your expected delivery however depending on product availability, a wait time of several days might occur. If you call early enough, we will schedule your delivery for the same day you call. If you are not home for your scheduled delivery and we were there, a re-delivery charge of $10.00 will be automatically added on redelivery.
Minimum Order - $85.00 (BRONX/BKLYN/QUEENS/ABOVE 125TH STREET NYC)
Brooklyn, Queens (outside the Astoria Queens area) and The Bronx are scheduled for Thursday and Saturday mornings. Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM on Wednesday to make the Thursday delivery run and before 5:00 PM on Friday to make the Saturday delivery run to Brooklyn, Queens and The Bronx. Brooklyn and Queens delivery runs start at 9:00 AM and continue through completion. Bronx and above 125th St. are generally done after 2:00. There are no delivery charges however your order must be at an $85.00 minimum.

INTERNATIONAL, CONTINENTAL US, EXPEDITED / OVERWEIGHT SHIPPING
All orders outside our local home delivery area but within the continental US, will be shipped by UPS or Federal Express. Shipping charges will be added at checkout and can vary depending on destination, method of shipping, package weight, and any special services applied (i.e. - overnight, 2nd day air, Saturday delivery, etc). We will contact you for any additional charges to get your approval and method of payment prior to shipping if different from standard shipping charge. Special methods of shipping and overweight packages, overnights, Saturday delivery, etc. will incur additional charges.
All orders placed for shipping outside the continental US will be shipped by the United States Postal Service and shipping charges will vary depending upon destination, method of shipping and total weight. We will contact you to apprise you of your shipping options and charges and to get your approval and method of payment for any additional charges. Please make sure to include your e-mail address with your order, as well as other contact information to facilitate this process.

OVERALL HOME DELIVERY GUIDELINES
Home Delivery ONLY Orders can be COD, however prepaid is best. Tips can be included on credit cards or checks. Checks must have your phone number and address. Payment must be made at time of delivery. Delivery personnel cannot leave orders unpaid.
Doorman deliveries are made with the understanding we are not responsible should your doorman lose the package (all doormen must sign for packages). You must be home or make arrangements for someone to accept the delivery should the order be COD (or not paid for).
If we have to re-deliver because we could not get into your building to deliver, or if you are not home at scheduled delivery time, a $10.00 re-delivery charge will be added to your bill.
Tipping is not mandatory, however we feel we are no different than the Pizzaman or local supermarket. Our delivery personnel work very hard to make sure your sometimes very heavy packages arrive in good condition in sometimes very nasty weather. Please tip accordingly. We will ask... please do not get insulted.

You must call the store within 48 hours to report any problem or shortage. Our staff is human and mistakes are, unfortunately, sometimes made. When placing your order, be as clear and precise as possible to avoid receiving the wrong merchandise. Have brand names and sizes ready before ordering. If you describe the wrong item, a re-delivery charge will apply.
** Can sizing - 3oz. = tiny one meal can 5.5/6oz. = size of a can of tuna 12.5/13oz. = size of a soup can
STORE CREDITS AND EXCHANGES can only be used when placing a new order. NO CASH REFUNDS. Store credits and exchanges only. No returns or exchanges on open food or treats, bowls, beds, boots, or books at all. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
